Installing additional fan and noise factor...

One of the computers that I built needs an additional fan. Of course the case is not setup for another fan. There is space for it. There are two fans at the back (one fan is in the PSU the other unit is just a fan) none in the front. I will have to drill holes in the case in order to install the fan in the front. Has anyone experienced any problems in doing this?

I am also concerned about the additional noise once I install the fan in the front. I am thinking about using Silent X or some other manufacturer that builds low noise fans.

Any comments and or suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks!
