The fan am talking about is the Panaflo FBA12G12L. (Forgive me for taking so long to reply I had to find the fan first!
) This fan is

I used this fan for about a week. It does not have the sensor so that the CPU knows that the fan is rotating. In its place is a 120mm Silent X .
