As far as the case is concerned, it looks okay.

As far as cooling goes, standard fan setup is:

Front fan - intake

Rear fan - exhaust

Side fan - intake

It looks like you can use either a 80mm, 92mm or 120mm fan on the rear of the case. Go with a 120mm fan if possible.

And I wouldn't use that power supply, get a good one. If you value your computer never power it with a cheap power supply. The cheap, low quality ones tend to have much shorter lifespan and when they do die they sometimes fry other parts in the process.
