Yea,
I've seen the specs for them, however, it seems as if 423 is a forgotten socket and isn't mentioned on anything. I search for socket 423 hs and fan and it brings me to pages full of 478's so I am now posing my question. I would assume that no one is sure enough to answer, if anyone could have answered it, I was sure it would be this forum, but you have all been a great help regardless. You have all inspired me to do my own build.
