60c isnt the limit, simply a De jure standard set by most of us. Damage accours somewhere at 90c. Ive ran my processor at 61-62c with no heat related issues, and never had a problem. Cooler isnt better, just because your processor runs hotter does not mean it runs slower, nor will it get damaged...it will have a shorter lifespan, but will be quite obsolete by that time anyways.
