I just would like to share with all of you here about me being a newbie in IT industry. After working for a few months here in an insurance company, I meet nasty colleagues as well as the nicer ones...The nasty ones are really nasty...There was once I tried to solve one of the agents email problem and when i could not resolve her problem, she said " You dun seem to know anything, I expect you to help me solve the problem since you are in the IT" I was quite upset by her statement.....
I am beginning to realise that working in IT line can be very stressful. Not only the work, the ugly users as well....Sometimes I have problems answering their questions. They like to shoot me questions like how can this happen, how do you do it, blah, blah, blah...But the most frustrating is that, they (being the IT ignorants & illiterates) did not believe what I say....
I hope many people can share with me what they have gone through in this forum....
