nope. They are german, look at their clothes, the small garage, and the red car (looks like a Yugo). I think they were just bored and had a couple of processors to have fun with. Luckily they didn't get hurt

Now that I think about it, the line "ahh look the fan failed" was scripted, after that his budy "changes" hs+t..but if u notice he just pulls it up, so the fan was never burnt out..it was never CONNECTED to the mobo to begin with..look at it.
