Dell's a good brand. But the 1905FP has a PVA panel, which isn't really good for gaming. It's better not to get an MVA/PVA for a gaming TFT, no matter which brand.
Dell also makes monitors with TN and S-IPS panels, these should be taken into consideration for a gaming TFT.
