Ok, it is enabled on both IDE controllers. I am not sure of my jumper settings, I don't know where the documentation for this is anymore. I have them set like this

with the I being the jumper. I assume that is master since that is how it was since before I swapped HDs. (my new HD is a SATA and the old one is a IDE, so I had them both master before, and 3 master now.) Also the firmware thing just has a greyed out 'Update' button and won't let me update. Got it from
