Thanks Cricket, LocoCyote, and Bob.

Here's what happened. I raked the screwdriver a couple of times, and lo thought my mobo was dead since I got no post. Went back to check the HS, and what happens the processor comes out with it. This is not good Isez to meself. Could it be my problem is the Preshott was not seated correctly. After a carefull search for any damage or bent pins, I cleaned the sucker off, and reapplied AS5, and reinstalled the package. This time I made sure it was in good, and volia it's alive, and I'm back.

Thanks everybody for the help.
Temps are a couple of degress lower, so I really need to check myself out.
