I kept getting this message when browsing using MS Internet Explorer 6. Here is the error:

Page Not Found
"Access Denied By Access Control List"

I searched google and found this article but I"m not sure what it means by create a new connection to my ISP. I use Mozilla Firefox browser and it works fine but anything that is Microsoft based then it is not working...even my MS Money does not work.

Help is much appreciated.
