Min PSU reqs for Graphics Card

Hello everyone!

Looks like I'll be getting a new monitor in the next few months as a graduation gift. I'm here looking for any configuration problems and to find out if my PSU is strong enough to handle the new hardware.

New monitor (hopefully ): Gateway FPD2185W 21" Widescreen High-Definition LCD Flat-Panel Display

Possible Graphics Card: eVGA Geforce 7800GT
Possible Mobo (combo with card): eVGA 133-K8-NF41 Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI

Current hardware:

EPoX EP-9NDA3+ Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce3 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard
Onboard Nforce LAN
Onboard AC97 audio
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor
Kingston ValueRAM 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory
Antec TRUEPOWERII TPII-430 ATX12V 430W Power Supply
ASUS 9600XT 128mb Video Card
80GB Maxtor HDD
Samsung CD-RW drive
Windows XP Pro

The graphics card recommends a minimum of 450W PSU. Will I be able to sneak passed with a 430W?
