for some reason I can't edit my post so I have to tri post...weird. I was reviewing my answer becaue I was wondering if you replied and I seen that I didn't tell you that you have to uncheck the first.....that's in bitcomet no on the router. also you don't need to do the static ip like it shows you you can use your router to do it it is under the dhcp tab when you first enter your router config.
