If you run on FAT32 then boot with a windows 98 cdrom to the prompt and then change the drive to c:\winnt\system32\config and there delete the file SAM the restart your computer and when presented with the password login just hit OK for the adminstrator account -
if youare running NTFS then you can use a second Windows 2000 machine install your drive as a secondary master and do exactly the same as above - except ther is no need to boot from the windows98 cdrom - this will allow you to afterwards create a new password...
