okay when you first build a comp you know how you should have a startup disk and all to prepare the harddrive for fdisk. Well how do you make a startup disk for win 2k pro or adv server? and is it even necessary to have a startup disk? can u just boot off cd by changing boot order in bios?

These questions have been lingering in my head for a while now. PLease clarify.
