I have Comcast where I am typically getting around 8000kbps..which is great. Periodically, the bandwidth slows down to 100kbps or somewhere around that speed.
I really don't think it is my provider since the same thing is happening with Comcast as it did with my previous provider. I suspect it is my computer but I cannot confirm it.
