A guy here at MSU is selling a few of these units:

300 MHz 64-bit UltraSPARC IIi processor
128 MB RAM
4.3 GB Hard Drive
CD/Floppy
10/100 Ethernet

Would this be a good choice for a Linux box? I'm assuming I'd have to use the Ultra Penguin 64bit version.

Since I know nothing about this particular CPU, the asking price is $450 -- so my second question would be is this a good price for this box?
