I built my first computer about 4-5 months ago. Everything has been going fine...until now. A new noise has started, a high pitched whirring. Ive narrowed it down, it is coming from my PSU..im 90% sure its from the fan in the PSU.

The noise gets more intense i do things (such as play video games) rather than just sit on the desktop or surf the net. If i alt+tab out of a game the noise lets down a bit, as i tab back in.. it becomes louder again.

Should i be worried? This wasnt happening before. Time to replace it?
