I know I can still adjust mine – using NVidia to do so. When I right-click on the desktop – this is an option I have.

I also played with a Sceptre before purchasing the Dell. I found that if I changed the color temp (or something like that) from preset to “user defined” – then I could change the contrast on a DVI connection on the monitor itself.

I’ve not played with this much on the Dell. Maybe I will this weekend... :-)
Yeah Ii also dont understand this. Sometimes I dont like adjusting the monitor using the NVidia and rather do it on the monitor, but I guess it's nothing big for me.

And for glc's reply, i still can't use the contrast on the monitor...
