Hi folks!
That 4 pin molex connector is for 12volts and grounds.
The P4 uses 12 volt power that is regulated down to the processor core voltage.
Be advised that the system board traces are NOT ment to deal with the amount of current the P4 requires. The 4 pin molex connector has associated curcuit traces that are intened to deal with these currents.
You can try....
1. Locate the pin-out of the connector and add this connector and connect the wires to the 12volt side of the P/S. (not recommended)
2. Obtain the correct P/S. (best choice, obviously)
3. Use the system as-is. (poof!) <--- not recommended either!


You "should" shut the system down until you obtain the correct supply.
