** Time Sync -

Nistime will adjust your clock to sync with the NIST Atomic time. Freeware from NIST and the US Gov. Turn off the Windows Internet Time sync and use this manually when you need adjustment. Can also poll the servers on a schedule for those with networks that need time sync. No install needed.
