Heh, yeah the ASUS P5W, P5B Deluxe, and the Intel are over $250. I would think the regular P5B would be less

I would imagine more budget orientated boards will come later. Kinda like how the 945 boards are $100-$125 for the general user and the 975X's for the power users are all over $200 now.
