Your psu also comes with whats called the EPS 12V which is a 4 + 4pin molex, also called a p4 connector. Your motherboard is atx 12v. Meaning you only need HALF the the 8 pins. Which means only plug in one 4pin molex(last pic) and not both of them.
It should be detachable.

Ya i was bored.

If all that is connected, then it just might be your psu came in DOA. Which, is very much not suprising.
That fortron or that tagan would be great units.
