Ok. Update. When I found out my friend actually has a 5700LE and we tested CS:source out of his computer. Here are the settings

Models=High
Textures=High
Shaders=High
Water=High
Shadows=High
AAmode=4X
filtering=Ansiotropic 16x
Vsync=Enabled(Not sure what it is)
HDR=Bloom
Resolution=1024x768

We tested this on the map called cs_assault
We got a constant 25-30 FPS. It never went below 25 FPS. It never went above 30 FPS.

So I'am going to go ahead and get the 6200.
