UAP is not a universal solution to infections. It simply protects the idiots from themselves.

For those of us who keep a close watch on our security and run a clean machine, UAP is unneccesary. I don't need Windows checking on me to see if I really want to start a request or process.

I, for one will disable it on all Vista machines I use.
