I would suspect that that junk aspire power supply that people repeatedly warned you against using is not up to the job of running your machine.

That is about a 20-25 dollar power supply that they added eyecandy to justify jacking up the price and sucker people who are more concerned about looks than functionality and reliability into believing that they were buying a decent one because of the price.
