For album art I just use iTunes Art Importer (
http://www.yvg.com/itunesartimporter.shtml) in conjunction with iTunes 6, and it works great. It just pulls album art from Amazon and lets you choose which you want. I will admit though that some very rare CDs don't have album art, but I doubt iTunes would have it either.
