In my place, there are no more 6x0 Pentium 4s anymore. Not even one.

I kinda like these because it has HUGE 2MB cache. The best of all Pentium 4s, I guess.

Yeah - I agree, now the Core series are even much better. For that lowest end model (E6300) and with the same price at around 150 dollars (as in November 2005 for P4 630) I can directly get that E6300. Add a few hundred dollars more, I can get the Asus P5B and some RAM too.
