For my case, there will be two exhaust fans on the pci slot end of the mobo. These will be standing up so exhausting air to the wall. The intake for the cpu fan will be on top of the case, facing the ceiling. I dont think I mentioned this before but I am planning on adding a "scoop' - just like on cars. So, the intake for the cpu will be facing the ceiling but the scoop makes the air it sucks in come from the front.Hope that makes more sense

. Also, in theory, the hot air would go to the top of the room and there would be cooler in the front of the case, where the air scoop is located.
