I was called an engineer in class the other day and promptly defended myself. Title distinctions really don't mean much, but I like to argue. Well, I REALLY like to argue.
Hmm... I wonder if I can call myself an engineer of fine baked goods. I love baking and decorating cakes, but the kitchen in my apartment this year is sadly way too below my requirements. My wedding gift (or at least part of it,) to my soon to be wife is going to be a KitchenAid stand mixer.

I anticipate a few arguments over who gets to use it for what.
