Like some one said case off or on it still could get in side some how.... Well, if the cat pissed on the fan it splatter everywere.....EEW!
Why not put all your PC's in/on a PC desk??? (The one im using has a space made to put the PC in side...nothing can get to it..)
Edit: What if it was an Exhaust fan... poor cat.
