No, your memory should automatically RUN at a 1:1 ratio. The only way to have it run asynchronously is to put it into a divider yourself.
4:5 means for every 4FSB your processor takes, your memory will take 5FSB.
Meaning, your memory will run faster then your processor.
A 4:5 ratio at stock speeds will make your memory run at 667 while your cpu is at 533.
