I am using a router for the LAN connection. All TCP/IP, in fact ALL network settings are exactly the same as other win98 pc's on the network. I cannot connect to a number IP or FQDN address.

Right now I'm not connected to a phone line, nor do I have an ISP set up in the DUN. When I run "winipcfg" it shows a PPP Adapter with no network info. If I switch this to NDIS 5.0 (NIC), the only other choice, it shows the proper network info but does no good.
