Granted, however, after experiencing/watching about 15 case/PSU combos go south from initial startup, all by reputable brands, my advice is to not use them.

And the keyboard issue may be caused by your BOIS not being set to read a USB keyboard...thats only true if it is a USB keyboard, but try that out, or plug in the other kind.
