Ya. This is what i thought. But seems that surfing also affected. Page open quite slow. Furthermore my previous average downloading speed is around 30 to 60 kbs which is not very fast but still acceptable. And guess what?, my current downloading speed had drop to a staggering average of 1kbs to 10kbs max!!! This is way too slow..

BTW the speed of my broadband is 512k .
