I run Win2k here, and I use Bullet Proof FTP server (shareware), Ive only used it for a couple days on end but it seems stable, and its all the features youd expect. It should be out with an XP version. Not sure about security implications I just run it to share the odd file. Check out http://www.bpftpserver.com
