Get your motherboard info and max budget posted here so we know exactly where to begin to help you make the decision. I'd suggest going as inexpensive as possible (to get you by) or stretch a bit and go with something like the 915 that'll give you some lasting performance.( Chips, these days,all give decent decent performance, with basic computing.) Pick one avenue or the other and you'll make a wise choice.
