The Pioneer VSX-1016 has all of those things and can be found for under $500. The next closest thing would be the Yamaha RX-V1600 which is a step up in price.

I'm not sure what you mean by "plays DVD's". There are no *real* receivers that have built in DVD players, especially not with HDMI.
