The only thing is that it isn't SLI compatible, which is fine, one video card is more than enough unless you play games at high resolutions, and you've clearly stated you only plan to do some gaming but mostly photo editing.  That M2N-E would pair very nicely with a 3800+ X2 and Corsair XMS2 memory.
