It's not a hard budget ceiling. The higher the cost, the longer I have to wait to build. I've been waiting over two years so I'm getting a little impatient.
I'll probably switch back to the 700w PSU and get the 7600GT. I do plan on upgrading to a DX10 card rather quickly.
