What Mr. F was saying is to go with the P5B that LeftyAce has linked you to.
The P5W DH has two PCI-E slots, but does not support Nvidia's SLI. So if you are going with an Nvidia card, you won't be able to use SLI in the future with that board. Thus there is no reason to spend the extra money, so the P5B is a better choice. With the money you save, upgrade to the 7600 video card. Your games will thank you.
Go with a LiteOn DVD Burner with software.
For the power supply, you won't need too much. The Antec Sonata II is a great case with a great 450w PSU.
