OK, the screen shot helps, but the number I was looking for is just below all the .vxd stuff, it's 2.1.2.136a which is a REALLY bad driver for this modem.
There's 2 ways to go here.
First, go to my modems page, and get 2.1.2.135b and install it using the instructions also on my modems page.
Get iSpeed while you're there.
Then read this to help set up iSpeed.
Check your connect/throughput speed.
Go back to my modems page, and get 2.1.2.161.000 and try the whole thing again.
Use the driver that works best for you.
If neither are satisfactory, then let me know, and I'll find lots more versions to try.
Using S202=32S95=1 should at least give you correct connect speed, not 115,200.
BTW, you can take SARGE's advice anytime, he knows mucho about modems and phone lines!
