Are you getting random
restarts or random
shutdowns?
Either problem can actually be caused by almost anything...first thing I would do is make sure the heatsink is installed correctly. If you installed the heatsink while the motherboard was already installed in the case you might want to pull the motherboard and see if the heatsink pins are all the way through and locked down properly.
