flanzig1, it's an all digital connection. The whole cheap = bad video is true for analog runs, but digtal signals generally either work or they don't. If you're going to get errors it would be from the computer hardware not the cable. The cable will either carry the signal or not carry it at all. That's why it amazes me when people shell out for the $200 HDMI cables when the $12 ones work just as well.
