I believe that as a rule, anybody that has to ask for an overclocking guide does not have any business OCing their machine. Why? OCing a machine is a very personal and delicate process. Things can and most likely will go wrong. If you're going to OC your rig, you should do some research on your own first. Use google to find a few OCing forums and read a LOT - as much information as you can; otherwise you run unnecessary risks with your equipment.

I've found that performance-pcs.com and frozencpu.com are great places to find watercooling gear. There's always newegg, but their selection is quite paltry. There's also jab-tech and svc.com (this is the place to get arctic silver from w/ free shipping).

Also, which PSU do you have?
