Hold up, so aren't the parts in your loop all copper? If so, you really dont need that much if any coolant. I would've probably done something like a 80/20 or 90/10 (water:coolant) mix anyway.

Did you use a lower concentration of coolant before?

Also keep in mind that the swiftech pump, im guessing its the MCP655, is a very strong one. Mine took a good day or two to fully bleed all those little foam like air bubbles.
