You look for all the fan ports in your particular case. In that Rosewill there are 2 fan ports in the front lower part of the case. Looks like you can install 2 more 80mm intake fans there.

I would leave the duct there and position so that it reaches the CPU heatsink fan. It's designed to bring cool air directly to the CPU heatsink fan to help cool the CPU instead of allowing warmed up case air to be blown onto the CPU heatsink.

Why do you want to add more fan anyway? Are you having heat related problems? If not, just leave the cooling as is. The more fans you add the noisier the computer will be.
