I checked CDFeaks and the Slysoft forum but that movie, in Region 1 at least, isn't one with problem protection (There are disk out there that are designed not to play on computers but they're usually Region 2 and German.).
Take the disk back and exchange it for another.
If you're still having problems then get your money back.
