Overclocking is a never-ending cycle of tweaking and cooling. Other than some bigger numbers in benchmark scores I highly doubt you'll find a noticable difference between your current processor speed and overclocked speed.
But then again, we wouldn't be tech
enthusiasts is we didn't push everything to the limit, would we?

Be warned, the Athlon XPs are not unlocked like the Athlon T-Birds, so you will have to connect the bridges, and you can't just use a pencil.
