A couple of Abit boards allow you to do this, most recently the KT7A.

I have mine set up this way (FSB/PCI is 133/33, with 8 added on top of that between CPU/Chipset/RAM only for 141/33).

No other boards I've seen allow you to do this, though. That's why Abit is known as the board of choice for overclockers out there, they often allow you to do cool things like this .
